Cool group show to close down the WhiteBox Gallery at University of Oregon, Portland.  With a great list of Portland artists showing in the exhibit.  Sad to see it go.  Thanks Cris Moss!

I will have a solo exhibit "Is it Contemporary Enuf: New Works on Paper" at the downtown Stumptown location in Portland.  Stop by. Here's all the info:

I will be participating the 2011 CoCA Art Marathon in Seattle on Nov. 12.  Painting for 24 hours straight!  Super excited for this event.  Stop by on Saturday of you are in Seattle. Auction to follow on Nov. 19.

I finished 2 new books: Pattern 1 + 2.  They are similar but each a different, unique book.  308 pages, 8.5 x 11 photocopied, with a hand-painted chipboard cover.  I may make a series of these, each exploring a different theme/form/idea.

I have some work in the 2010 Sitka Art Invitational – stop by the Opening Reception on Thursday, November 11 from 8-10pm.

Yesterday was our first day of business at the bookstore. Come visit us soon, hang out and peruse the books in a comfy chair - or just say hello.

Getting ready (and excited) for Portland2010. Various venues will be used around the city for this new version of the biennial. My exhibition will be at the Templeton Building (a total of 8 artists/groups will be showing in the building) and the opening is on March 20. I have about 3,500 square feet of space to use so it should be interesting.
